Tomah Youth Hockey Signup Instructions: 2025-2026 Season 

Step 1: Go to USA Hockey Website: usahockey.com and register for the 2025-2026 Season. USA Hockey Cost starts at $ 27 (USA Hockey + WAHA Affiliate Fee) for the youngest players. Cost will be higher for older players depending on age. Obtain new USA Hockey Confirmation Number. 

Step 2: Go to Tomah Youth Hockey Website: tomahhockey.com and complete registration process for Tomah Youth Hockey for the 2025-2026 season.

Learn to Play Hockey (LTPH) - 2017,2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 Birthdates: Free! 

Cross Ice - 2017, 2018, 2019 Birthdates: $60 

Squirts/U10 Girls - 2015 and 2016 Birthdates: $340 

Pee Wees/U12 Girls - 2013 and 2014 Birthdates: $370 

Bantams/ U14 Girls – 2011 and 2012 Birthdates: $390

* Tomah Youth Hockey provides hockey equipment for free if needed. 

* New players with birthdates from 2017 to 2021 should sign up for LTPH. 2020 birthdate players who played last season should sign up for LTPH. 2017, 2018 & 2019 birthdate players who played LTPH or Cross Ice last season should sign up for Cross Ice. Players who sign up for LTPH & Cross Ice will be placed at the level that best fits their skating ability. That may change as the season progresses and as skills develop.  LTPH and Cross Ice will generally practice on Wednesday Evenings and Saturday Mornings this season.

* Any outstanding fees for failing to complete last season’s work hour requirements must be paid in full before participating in any practices or games this season.
