To give youth in the area the opportunity to:
- Learn how to ice skate
- Learn how to be part of a team and to compete
- Develop the skills necessary to play the game of ice hockey
- Develop an appreciation of winning as well as how to properly deal with losing
- Learn how to be a part of and support an "All Volunteer" organization
- Continually enhance knowledge, skill, and ability in order to prepare for higher levels of play
- Fully appreciate the game of ice hockey as player, spectator, coach, and/or referee
- Play in continuously upgraded facilities
- Show appreciation through academic achievement and good citizenship
